If special categories of personal data are required for this, we will obtain your prior consent in accordance with Art. 9 (2a) in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR. Detection of processes that could indicate misuse.
In addition, we process your personal data to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. regulatory requirements, commercial and tax retention obligations). The legal basis for this is then the respective statutory regulation in conjunction with Art. 6 (1c) GDPR. If we wish to process your personal data for a purpose not mentioned above, we will inform you in advance.

Profiling does not take place.

If claims can be asserted against our agency, we will retain the data until the statutory limitation period has expired.
