My name is Dr. Susanne Kristof and I am a specialist in dermatology.

In addition to my established dermatology practice rappjderm on Lake Zurich, in recent years I have built up the SK-AESTHETICS Institute in Rapperswil-Jona. At SK-AESTHETICS, the focus of our work is on medical aesthetics: improving the appearance of the skin and positively influencing the ageing process.

My expertise is based on many years of experience as a doctor and lecturer. My holistic approach achieves natural, harmonious looks that result in a very high level of patient satisfaction. I pride myself on giving tailored advice to each and every patient with customised treatments that help them feel good about themselves.

I usually help patients with tailored combinations of aesthetic treatments using various substances and techniques. I customise the treatments to suit your indiviual needs, wishes and dermatological diagnoses. Our practice also has state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest medical lasers and ultrasound devices.

Biostimulation is currently an up-and-coming field with many applications. It involves injecting evidence-based substances into the skin to stimulate the body to rejuvenate itself, i.e. to produce more collagen and elastin.

FMH-certified specialist in dermatology and venereology

Dr. Susanne Kristof completed her dermatology residency at outstanding university hospitals in Germany, France and Switzerland. She worked as a senior physician at St. Gallen Cantonal Hospital and has been self-employed at her own practice since 2010.

For over fifteen years, her focus has been in the field of aesthetic medicine: as a doctor, trainer and lecturer. Dr Kristof is also a member of international product safety and quality management committees.

In addition to her work at the practice, she has been a faculty member and expert trainer with the Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and a trainer with the Merz Institute of Advanced Aesthetics for many years. She is also regularly invited to speak at various conferences and to participate in expert groups in Germany and abroad.

Her great commitment and passion for aesthetic medicine leads her to give courses for other colleagues – including as part of the MEA training centre for doctors.

Many training videos for injection techniques and live webinars are filmed at the SK Aesthetics Institute in Rapperswil-Jona.
